Louis-Peter Moll is a skilled jury advocate with a predominantly defence-driven practice comprising serious violence, sex, drugs and fraud. He also works in environmental crime, human rights litigation and appellate work including declarations of incompatibility.
In 2004/5, he undertook a placement in Kingston, Jamaica assisting attorneys on death row trial preparation and appeals. He has also taken pro bono referrals from the Environmental Law Foundation, assisting individuals and communities with environmental legal problems.
In March 2006, he was called to the Faculty of Advocates, Scotland, where he has developed a concurrent criminal practice. As well as working in Scotland and England, he also undertakes cross-border work.
