The list below is a statement of the areas of our commitment which is ensured by our internal quality procedures and adhered to by all members and staff. We aim to:
  • Provide an efficient and professional service
  • Maintain consistently high standards
  • Work to and meet the requirements of BARMARK and Quality Mark for the Bar
  • Enable everyone in Chambers to contribute towards the implementation and improvement of our Quality System
  • Ensure that Members and Staff adhere to the Quality Codes
  • Regularly review our standards and quality management systems
  • Implement structured corrective and preventive action measures
  • Ensure that our service and systems are focused on client needs
  • Provide resources and training to enable members and staff to meet our standards
  • Ensure that all barristers and employees are able to contribute to the overall success of Chambers
